      Marsha's 5 Tips for Excellent & Consistent Sleep! 

My friend, and fellow challenge participant, Marsha French is this week's cheerleader and in this video she shares with us her TESTED and TRUE tips for getting consistent, GOOD SLEEP! These are from her own experience and so we know it works! Marsha is a friend of mine from high school where she was a swimmer and went on to swim in college at the NCAA Div 1 level! She is still quite the athlete, having competed in 4 ironman competitions, including the world championships!!! She even raced at worlds after recovering from breaking several ribs, her collarbone and having surgery. She's pretty much the comeback kid!  She and her husband own a bike shop and have 5 boys between them!  She is LOVING THIS CHALLENGE!
