RESULTS WEEK 6 (Eat Nature!)

 Results Week 6 Eat Nature!

We are half way through and I hope and pray that you are on your way to living life at a new level of unity between your body, mind and spirit! The more aligned we are within our own soul, the more we can align with the Divine power in the universe and live a life with more meaning and a meaningful life is one full of JOY, no matter the circumstances that surround us. I believe this with all my heart!

Let's see how you crazy kids did!! 

I am SO SO SO SORRY that I forgot to add the question "What is your name?" to the survey yesterday so I have your points and not your names!! YIKES! SO ... this week it is a mystery to all of us but I am still so proud of you all for your hard work and this is a good reminder that points matter and don't matter at the same time! Haha!! CONGRATS TO OUR MYSTERY PERSON WHO GOT 45 POINTS!! We also have some 43, 42 pointers, two at 41 and one at 40! I wish I could say that i was one of those but traveling on this trip has wrecked my points or maybe just my motivation! Can't blame the circumstances for how hard I tried! 

One of you offered to share a nature story about animals with me and I would love to hear it but I don't know who you are (but YOU DO!) so will you please send that to me? I would love ANY nature experiences. It doesn't have to be just about trees! THANKS!

Tell us one thing about EATING NATURE that you learned last week

Its simple to think of half cup of fruit each meal, and 1cup of veggies for lunch and dinner.
How filling a hearty salad can be
I feel better physically and emotionally when I eat “of nature” and the hardest part is the preparation so I am working on ways to enjoy the process.
If you eat the recommended amount of fruits and veggies each day you won't eat as much junk food- you'll be too full!
My body needs fruits and veggies and if I am not intentional, I can go an entire day eating hardly any of them :(
That it takes some planning
That if I don't really focus on it right at the beginning of the day, it won't happen. But that I love the way I feel when I am successful!
It is really filling and helped me lose weight! But I need to keep it up- I want to just grab something when I'm hungry and don't want to prepare food all the time. Lazy!
That I do not eat enough fruit and veggies!
I was just more aware of what I was eating.
