GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

WOOT WOOT!! YAY!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am super proud of everyone for every bit of effort put into this challenge! Thanks for following along and for taking the survey and for REACHING FOR NEW HEIGHTS! And for those of you who didn't take the survey, you still rock! Keep up the hard work and i hope next time you'll take the survey because it's for so much more than tracking points. It's a great way to connect and give me, and the group, important feedback. I try to make it FUN!

If you don't see your name on the list above, it's because I didn't get your survey! Google is so RANDOM! Sometimes I just don't get some of the responses. If that happened to you... TAKE IT AGAIN and I will hopefully get it and add you to the list and post it! SO SORRY! There is nothing I can do but ask you to resend it!

Here are the super cool charts I promised! You can only be in the chart if you FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY!

Forms response chart. Question title: What did you think of the NO SUGAR CHALLENGE?. Number of responses: 23 responses.

Forms response chart. Question title: If you were successful (or fairly successful) how did you feel at the end of the week? CHECK ALL THAT APPLY. Number of responses: 22 responses.
Forms response chart. Question title: How did the exercise challenge go?. Number of responses: 23 responses.

Forms response chart. Question title: Tell us about your daily reading! How is it going?. Number of responses: 24 responses.

Forms response chart. Question title: How much effort are you giving to the challenge?. Number of responses: 24 responses.

Aren't those COOL?! It's fun to see where we are all at and how we fit into this craziness!

Here are the PERSONAL CHALLENGES that some of you have shared with the group! Great ideas and good luck to all of you!

No social media
My personal challenge was no sugar last week.
No snacking after 9 pm. I only did it like 3 of the 7 days. I have lots of excuses but I’m not giving up yet.
My challenge is coming up with a challenge. I am doing great!
NO SODA
Meditative breathing for 5 minutes when I wake up in the morning
Sugar is definitely a challenge for me!
Go to bed earlier so I can wake up earlier.
Cut down on 🚬Smoking
No snacking between meals!
I definitely noticed that I feel hungrier not eating sweets.
To declutter what space I have to reclaim it. So that I can have my own space to create in.
I wanted to leave work at a reasonable time, 4:00, everyday helping me get more focused during the day knowing I needed to leave without guilt.
To not look at my phone till I have exercised and read my scriptures- I failed miserably
Only going on Instgram once a day and not listening to my AirPods except when I’m cleaning
Clear off my to do list/projects.
No soda
To phone someone everyday. Good for me and other person as I live alone and so do many of my friends.
Maintain intermittent fasting while on vacation.
Leave work on time.

Here is your encouragement for the group! THX!!

I know skipping sugar was good for me but I didn’t realize it would chunga my need to snack in general. This is awesome!
I've never given up sugar and wasn't sure I could do it but it was easier than I thought - I have enjoyed my yummy cinnamon rolls today for my cheat day!
I really appreciated the ice cube and bicycle team analogies. Every bit of effort works and sometimes it takes longer to see the results I am looking for, but they will come as I am consistent.
Holding myself accountable has been great! Thinking "Do I NEED that licorice? YOU'LL LOSE a point when you eat it!!
While watching conference today I really got the impression that Sacrifice is GOOD for us. God allows us to do all kinds of sacrifices because He knows that’s what we need to learn and grow and progress. He doesn’t always make the pathway easy in front of us.
This is a real help to me as these are things I have tried to do and this helps me to follow through.
I signed up for the challenge. I was not really engaged. My attitude is turning and I want a better week than last. Im still hanging in there.
Sometimes my goals create more work, so that's probably why I don't want to do them. I'm lazy!
I justified finishing the 2 liter soda because “ I didn’t want to waste” it - frown face. After that I realized if I resist buying it it is easier to resist consuming.
I have thought I was feeling really numb lately and out of place. But I have found that I am feeling that way but now because of anything except for me. I have put a big bubble around my self so that I do not feel right now. I am protecting myself but at the same time that means I am losing myself. By putting up the bubble I am harming myself more then what I think is going to harm me outside of it.
Just the positivity in general is awesome and you encourage me!
I do better when I have specific target goals, otherwise I am too scattered in my thinking, so I like the weekly and daily goals.
So many ah ha moments! Surprises are around every corner when you try something new and dedicate your time to helping others!
I LOST 5 POUNDS!

Thanks so much for all your thoughts and also for your feedback to me personally! I really appreciate the boost and the advice!

I hope you are having a great week 2 and are decluttering and making room for some wonderful new things to come into your life! YOU CAN DO THIS! Please keep on trying and don't give up or beat yourself up. Remember, you might be in the valley of disappointment but good things are happening behind the scenes!.
