Tracking points!

 Hi lovely group!


How are you surviving your first day with no sugar! Some of you are pros at this and some are freaking out! You can do this... take it from the pros, you will feel so much better! 




Here is a simple tracking sheet made by one of our girls, Melanie Easthope! Melanie did my first challenge with me, way back in 2011! Thanks, Melanie for making this! I tweaked a couple things. You can print this or keep track on your computer. 

Remind of how the points work:

Weekly challenge: This challenge changes every week. Get 1 point for every day achieved (this week you get 1 point for every day you go without sugary treats, snacks and desserts) with 1 cheat day allowed. So, if you are successful 6 days and then eat treats on Sunday, you still get all 7 points. If you are only successful 5 days, you get 5 points, 4 days get 4 points etc. on down.

Daily challenges: SAME THING. 1 point each day, one day to cheat or rest. So, if you are successful 6 days, you get 7 points. There are 2 daily challenges now, but weeks 2-12, there will be 3 daily challenges. (Read, exercise and no sugar)

Personal challenge: Same! Every day that you work toward do your new desired habit, or resist your old, unwanted habit, you get 1 point. You get one cheat day, with a total of 7 points possible.

Mystery points: I will inform you on Sunday, what the mystery points were for, and if you happened to have done that thing during the week, you give yourself 3 points! 

For week 1, that makes 31 points possible. (7 daily points possible in 4 areas = 28, plus 3 mystery points = 31)

For week 2-12, we will have 7 more points possible because the NO SUGAR challenge becomes a daily challenge. Making our weekly total possible = 38.
