Have You Earned Your Wings Yet?

 Friendly friends!

I hope you are enjoying your first 3 days of praying to be someone's angel and/or praying to be the answer to somebody's prayer! Today was a busy day out on the town and I had so much fun being EVERYONE'S ANGEL! Haha!

First- I found some incredibly healing things in a new book I am reading "Come As You Are" (the section it was about healing from sexual trauma and it was similar to what we learned about from The Body Keeps the Score- but put in a new way) and I just had the hunch that someone needed to hear this from me today, so I posted about it on facebook and quoted from the book. I was in such a hurry but I took the time to do this before I ran out the door for 100 errands! It got some great comments and I know women are so healed and validated knowing they are not alone on their journey, and so that felt good, but I also got a LONG message from an old friend of mine and I can tell it was really meaningful to her. YAY!

Then- I pretty much complimented and made fun conversation with just about everyone I could! Haha! I got some great smiles and "wow, thanks!" but the best was at Home Depot. There was a lady there, with some really colorful hair and the CUTEST LITTLE DOG who looked just like my Italian Greyhound, Jasper, who died in Aug. 2019. Oh my heart! I had a hard time getting her attention because she had headphones in and couldn't hear me, I practically had to jump in front of her and wave my arms! I mean... I DID do that! But she stopped and I asked if I could pet her cute doggy and what her name was and told her about Japser. She was really nice and told me that this dog is named "Mazel" like "Mazel Tov" from Fiddler on the Roof (I JUST watched that musical last week!) because Mazel means BLESSING. She said that she had a different little Italian Greyhound, "Pip" who was her service dog (this one was too) who died in March last year in a boating accident. She had a life jacket on and everything but still died. She got teary eyed at this point (also at this point, Mazel, who was very nervous at first, has decided she loves me and has her paws up on my shoulders and is licking my face!) and she told me that a lady in NY that she barely knows on Facebook, felt so bad for her losing her dog so tragically, that she started a Go Fund Me and bought her this dog! It gets better... Mazel was born the day after her other dog, Pip, died. And she says they are soooo similar! I said, "She was reincarnated in Mazel!" She lit up and said "YES! I think she was, which is why I named her Blessing. She is such a blessing to me." Then she gave me a fist bump. THIS WHOLE CONVERSATION MADE ME SO HAPPY and the whole time my heart is full thinking of my dog who looks just like this one too. I miss that little rascal. Anyways... It was just the BEST day and I know it was because I was LOOKING for people who needed whatever I had to give.

I also got to see my mom and dad and my dad ran an errand with me and my mom told me her own cute story of being an angel today! She inspires me! We will share that with you later! OK- Get out there and make some people SMILE... it just might be YOU!!

Love you all! Some of you will be receiving bracelets in the mail in a few days! WOOT WOOT!! XOXO
